Object and scope of application

In accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, these General Terms and Conditions aim to regulate and are fully applicable to the conclusion and formalization of any purchase and sale/order contract for Weed&Wood products and articles, which is carried out by any consumer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) through the website https://weedandwood.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) in Portuguese territory.

These general conditions of contracting and use apply to visitors and customers of the website.

Browsing the website, as well as purchasing any product, implies acceptance of these general conditions of contract and use by the user and the customer.

The store reserves the right to change these conditions of use and contracting without prior notice, with any changes being published on the website https://weedandwood.com/

The Customer acknowledges that the completion of a specific order through the website determines full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, which must be read and expressly confirmed by the Customer when completing any order. The contents of these General Terms and Conditions are, at all times, available for printing and storage by Customers.

Contracts will only be made with larger Clients, with full legal capacity.

Responsibilities

All products sold at https://weedandwood.com/ comply with European legislation.

A Weed&Wood is not responsible for losses resulting from interference or any computer interruptions that may temporarily prevent access, navigation or the provision of the service to users.

A Weed&Wood declines any responsibility for any delay in delivery, this being the responsibility of CTT, which must be contacted by the customer to resolve delays.

Any delay in the dispatch or delivery of orders does not entitle you to any compensation.

 

Availability of articles

As mentioned, the Store will make every effort to ensure that the products presented and sold on the website are available for purchase by the Customer and are accessible for viewing. If any item is out of stock, it will be flagged on the Website.

Guarantee

Our store undertakes to comply with the terms of Decree Law 143/2001, of 26 April, which stipulates that in distance contracts the consumer has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without payment of compensation and without needing to indicate the reason. Additionally, our store undertakes to comply with all current legislation on direct distance sales and electronic commerce, namely Decree Law 143/2001, Decree Law 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions in force that are apply to this business.

Delivery and returns policy

Payment methods

To buy from Weed&Wood can choose to pay using 3 payment methods, they are:

1. Multibanco Reference (If you choose this method, you must enter your email in the Contact to receive references)

2.Bank Transfer. (IBAN). Valid abroad.

3.MBWAY (If you choose this method, you must enter your telephone number in the contact area Contact to receive notification)

Important: for stock reasons, orders pending payment for more than 2 days in a row will be cancelled.

Shipping Methods

Weed&Wood ships to mainland Portugal and the islands. Using transport fees (displayed at the time of purchase). The delivery is carried out through the transport company CTT – Correios de Portugal under the Home Delivery modality.

The order delivery time is 24 to 72 working hours (Continental Portugal) and up to 14 working days (Azores and Wood)

As soon as we receive payment processing for the order, it will be processed and shipped within a maximum period of 3 working days, and the customer must add to this period the deadline for delivery of the order via CTT.

If the customer chooses the In-Store Collection method, they will be contacted via SMS or Email with the stores where they can carry out the same. Weed&Wood is grateful that the customer only comes to the store, which they select, after receiving confirmation from us regarding the collection of the order. A Weed&Wood is not responsible for the unavailability of being able to collect the order without a confirmation email.

A Weed&Wood is not responsible for shipping delays caused by any problems during distribution and after the order leaves the warehouse .

If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will be sent as soon as the payment reaches your account.

A Weed&Wood only ships on business days.

Change delivery address

If the customer wishes to change the delivery address, they must promptly send an email to weedandwood.foz @gmail.com

This change can only be made if the order has not been shipped.

If you wish to change the delivery address after sending the order, you must communicate by email: weedandwood.foz @gmail.com and resending will have associated costs

Exchanges and returns

Weed&Wood accepts returns, if the person is not satisfied with their item, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order, as long as they cumulatively comply with the return conditions:

– the packaging(s) of each product must be the original(s) and be(s) perfectly intact, without any type of damage or signs of use (dirt, scratches, etc.) or opening (broken seals and lids, etc.)

– the receipt(s)/receipt(s) of purchase must accompany the product(s).

Returns/exchanges of the following products are not accepted: Dietary Supplements, Food, Underwear (e.g. bras, belts, bands, underwear) and any other item already opened and used.

Return or exchange costs

Transport costs arising from the exchange or return are borne by the customer.

In the event of an order being returned, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, thus excluding the cost of shipping costs.

Deadline for Refund and payment method

The products will be exchanged, or their value refunded (in the case of Return), within 14 working days after receipt and validation of compliance with the conditions set out above, and the return will be made using the same method by which the order was made. payment.

We suggest that you keep proof of product return shipping.

Pricing Policy

The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate.

What to do if you receive a damaged package or item

If the shipping packaging is damaged, you must check its contents upon delivery and immediately file a complaint with the carrier.

If the packaging is in good condition but the product is not, you should take a photo of the damage and send it to weedadnwood.foz@gmail. We ask that you also report the damage to CTT via email. https://www.ctt.pt/ajuda/particulares/apoio-ao-cliente/contactos/reclamacoes
